At RooKaps, you will find a safe and secure environment for online ordering. We have created an online system that guarantees a secure and confidential ordering process.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Ohio must be charged the standard 7.50% sales tax. If you are ordering from another state or from a country other than the United States, no sales tax will be applied.

Availability

We try to keep all of our items in stock and will ship your item within 2-3 buisness days. We will notify you by email if there are any delays in the shipping of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

RooKaps prides itself in packaging and shipping our products rapidly. In most cases your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is via USPS and typically takes between 2-10 business days. Fedex will not deliver on weekends. If payment is made by check, order will not ship until check has cleared processing.

Our shipping charges for orders under $10 are $2.99. For orders over $10.00, and prices per our web site, the shipping is free. For large orders (bulk quantities), we offer discount prices and the shipping costs depend on the carrier and delivery time chosen by the customer. We usually use US Mail and their Priority mailing system. A typical shipping cost for an order of less than 1,000 caps would be $5.65.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason you may return or exchange it within 30 days at which time you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item (excluding the shipping cost--on orders that we shipped for free, we will retain a $2.99 processing fee). It is imperative that you contact a RooKaps.com employee at returns@rookaps.com before sending a product back to us. We will not, however, accept returns that contain less than 75% of original package contents.

Custom Orders

Several customized options are available to you. RooKaps are available in a variety of colors and with several lanyard choices. Additionally packaging can be customized to include your company logo, school logo, corporate colors, etc.   Please visit our custom orders page or contact us to discuss options.
